Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data processed by Veziro SASU in connection with the app.veziro.com application (the "Service"). This page exists in part to comply with the data-deletion-instructions requirement of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google, TikTok, and other platforms whose developer programs require app publishers to surface clear deletion instructions.

It complements our Privacy Policy, which explains the broader rights you have under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.


1. What "delete my data" means

When you ask Veziro to delete your data, we will:

  1. Disconnect any social media accounts you have connected to Veziro (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest), revoke and discard the OAuth tokens we hold on your behalf, and mark each connection as revoked in our database.
  2. Cancel any scheduled or pending posts that have not yet been published.
  3. Delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
    • your account profile, agency branding, and settings;
    • your Apimo CRM credentials and any property data we synchronized on your behalf;
    • generated content (PDFs, videos, staged images, social posts);
    • notification history;
    • autopilot policies and review-queue items.
  4. Retain only the data we are required by law to keep — invoices and billing records (10-year accounting requirement under French law), and a minimal record that an account previously existed (so we can honor a future complaint or dispute). These minimal records will not be used for any other purpose.

We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm completion to the email address on file.

2. How to request deletion

You have three options.

2.1 From inside the Service (recommended for active users)

  1. Sign in to app.veziro.com.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete my account.
  4. Confirm by entering your email address and password.

This triggers an automated deletion that completes within 30 days.

2.2 By email

Send an email to support@veziro.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address associated with your Veziro account. Include:

  • Your full name as it appears in Veziro;
  • The email address of your Veziro account;
  • A brief statement that you wish your data to be deleted;
  • The Veziro features for which you want deletion (defaults to: all).

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

2.3 By postal mail

Send a written request, signed and accompanied by a copy of an identification document, to:

3. Deletion of social media data via the platforms themselves

When you revoke Veziro's access from inside a connected social platform (for example: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Veziro → Remove), the platform notifies Veziro through a deauthorization / data-deletion callback. On receiving such a notification, Veziro:

  • Marks the affected connection as revoked and removes any OAuth tokens we hold for it.
  • Cancels any scheduled posts that targeted that connection.
  • Provides the platform with a confirmation URL and confirmation code, per the platform's developer requirements (Meta in particular requires this exchange).

You can verify the deletion by visiting the confirmation URL provided to the platform, or by writing to support@veziro.com.

4. Data we may retain after deletion

We may retain a minimum data set after deletion when required by law:

These records are not used for any commercial or marketing purpose.

5. Third-party data we cannot delete on your behalf

Posts you have already published to connected platforms (Facebook posts, Instagram posts, LinkedIn posts, etc.) are stored on those platforms, not on Veziro. We cannot delete them when we delete your Veziro account. To remove a post from the platform itself, you must delete it from inside that platform's app or website.

If you publish a post through Veziro and later delete the post from the platform manually, Veziro's internal record of the publication will nonetheless remain associated with your scheduled-posts history until your account is deleted.

6. Your rights under GDPR

In addition to deletion, you have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy, including the right to access, rectification, restriction, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
